We offer a free tier with limited usage. Free plan features and limits may change at any time.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid plan until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless covered by our money-back guarantee.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TimeBack and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
